A post-graduate in Communications Management, Himanshu has worked across industries, audiences, and platforms, but what really sets him apart is his knack for building cultural and community-driven experiential IPs. From the soulful rhythms of the Sufi Heritage Festival, to the cultural immersion of Namaste Orchha, the global vibes of the World Coffee Festival, and the storytelling power of Spoken—his work consistently pushes the boundaries of what live experiences can be. At Brandwidth, Himanshu leads the charge on all things experiential IP. He’s the guy who turns ideas into immersive experiences, always looking for that perfect blend of insight, emotion, and execution. Based in Mumbai, he’s as comfortable curating a festival line-up as he is sketching the blueprint for the next big idea.

Deepak Pahwa makes things happen. A post-graduate in Planning and Management, he’s spent his career turning complex briefs into seamless, high-impact experiences on the ground. From corporate events to massive brand activations and IPs, Deepak brings clarity, structure, and relentless energy to every execution. Over the years, he’s played a key role in some of India’s most iconic on-ground activations—think National Geographic, Mountain Dew, Toyota, and the nation-spanning Bharat Jodo Yatra. His events portfolio is equally impressive, having led large-format shows for global names like Yamaha, Tetrapak, Vivo, IQOO, and more. At Brandwidth, Deepak is the operational engine behind both our brand activations and experiential IPs. Whether it’s a multi-city launch, a one-night spectacle, or a long-haul cultural movement—he’s the calm at the center of the storm, making sure everything runs on time, on brief, and beyond expectation.

Shantanu Goyal is a seasoned brand experiences professional. With two decades in experiential marketing and a post-graduate degree in Management and International Business, he’s been behind the scenes of some of India’s most high-impact brand moments. Before joining Brandwidth, Shantanu helmed North India operations for George P. Johnson,. Over the years, he’s played a pivotal role in launching global icon like Ducati and Maserati in India—crafting experiences that didn’t just introduce brands, but created lasting cultural moments. At Brandwidth, Shantanu leads our corporate experiential solutions portfolio—bringing structure, scale, and storytelling to every engagement. From boardroom briefings to brand spectacles, he works across the full client spectrum, making sure every experience delivers both impact and intent.

With a background in Psychology and a sharp instinct for brand behavior, he’s spent the last several years helping some of India’s biggest names connect with their audiences in ways that matter. An experienced event strategist, Aditya has worked across the FMCG, mobile, and automobile sectors—shaping campaigns and activations for brands like Pepsi, McCain, Vivo, IQOO, BMW, Lexus, and Schneider. His deep understanding of India’s fast-evolving D2C space gives him an edge in crafting solutions that are both agile and relevant. At Brandwidth, Aditya leads client relationships and strategic solutions, bringing together creativity, cultural context, and business sense. Ranjit Raina

Ranjit Raina moves at the intersection of creativity and commerce. A Master of Fine Arts from USC, Ranjit’s journey has spanned continents and creative disciplines—from filmmaking to brand storytelling to building experiences that connect deeply with audiences. Before founding Brandwidth, he led WPP’s experiential agency Encompass, shaping some of India’s most ambitious brand activations. Today, at Brandwidth, Ranjit focuses on strategic consulting for early-stage ventures where Brandwidth holds equity—bringing both insight and intent to the table. Currently, he’s spearheading the growth of Kommune, India’s pioneering spoken artist collective; Terrapy, a D2C wellness platform focused on women’s health; and Anthology, a culinary venture celebrating food, chefs, and storytelling. Whether it’s building communities or scaling brands, Ranjit’s work is driven by purpose, originality, and a love for crafting what comes next.
